ONE PEOPLE, ONE NATION, ONE KENYA.

It's been a while since i posted something on this blog, apologies are in order. So much has happened in the past couple of weeks though...but the major one is the anticipation and preparations for Kenya's next general elections.

In relation to that, my message today is going to be one that you've probably heard over and over again. I however believe that there some things that can never get old no matter how many times they are repeated. That said, after the 2007 elections, a lot happened; things that almost brought this wonderful country to its knees. I don't want to venture into that right now, those are the kind of memories that should be completely erased.

As we approach March 4th (the election date), there are some things that we as Kenyans should ponder over;
  •  We are ALL Human Beings, and each individual regardless of background should be treated as such.
  • We are ALL Kenyans no matter the race, skin color, tribe, religion...as long as you are a registered Kenyan citizen.
  • We are ALL Equal before the eyes of God and the Constitution.
  • A rich variety of Tribes is not an excuse of becoming tribal, it's simply a Kenyan heritage that should be celebrated, not abused.
  • Violence has NEVER been the answer to anything.
Basically what I am trying to say is: "One People, One Tribe, One Kenya, One Nation"
